Running smart

Keep in mind that those new Hoka's I have are designed for comfort and not for speed.  If running fast is your thing, stick with what you have. However, if you have issues with your knees, you might want to
move up to the cushioning department. The longer you run, the more your joints will appreciate being on cloud nine.
