Up early. Started my day in the weight room.
Finished with a 3.5 mile run. Perfect fall weather, great scenery
and some 'far out' tunes. Today was my day '4-sho'. Make tomorrow
your day. Run and enjoy.
Be there or be square! Until next time, stay safe.
It only gets better with time. Day number four and I'm
booking. I tweaked my form, added some new tunes
to the old music player and changed my route. Do whatever
it takes to get moving again. Perhaps some new shoes, new
clothes or a running partner will help get you motivated.
Can you dig it!
Day number three and I'm moving and grooving. It's not
hard getting back on track when you're in shape. I know
that it's hard getting started again. Your mind can't convince your body to move. In fact, they fight each other. Not to worry.
Habit will overrule them both.
When you've been out, the best way to get back in is to take it nice and easy. Just finish your run. No need to worry yourself with times.
Enjoy being in your running shoes and on the road. Day two and counting.
When life happens, it's okay to take a break and regroup.
In some cases, it's a must. Just keep in mind that you have
to get back on course. Today was my first outing in weeks.
It was tough but I went to work.
I have been running for more than 30 years injury free. I've run distances from 5K to marathons. My running consist of 30 to 40 mile weeks.I enjoy road races on weekend.
