A hard Habit to Break
Make running a habit. By doing so, it will become second nature and much more enjoyable. And the peaks, you will look great, feel great and you can eat a little of everything. See what I mean! Two weeks on vacation and didn't gain a pound. Even had my mom's famous spaghetti. Start today. It's never to late.
