Band of Gold

If you feel as I do on some days, you really don't have the energy to throw up a bunch of weights. On those days use exercise bands. That's right, I said bands. They are the perfect substitute for your rusty old dumbbells.You can get them in different strengths. And that's how you Keep It Moving.
