Head For The Hills


How do you run hills in Florida? You don't. You run elevations.
A good place to start is at any golf course. You're sure to find plenty.
A course on my daily run.
Sprint up and walk down. No big deal.


Hills! maybe not. But nevertheless, elevations are a good substitute.  Until next time, stay safe.
