Some days running outside is just not possible. On those days a treadmill is your best bet. Some days you just don't feel like running outside. Again, the treadmill will suffice. However, if you feel as I do, I know you'd rather run in circles in your garage or just find a spot in your closet and run in place. Nevertheless, if the treadmill is calling, why not make it fun. Here are a few things you can try. First of all, you can try the preprogramed runs. Some of them are quiet challenging. My personal favorite is interval training. That consist of alternating between sprinting and walking. Mix it up. Make it fun. Play with it. Press some buttons. More importantly, remember your music. It will fight off boredom.
