To step up your game, strap on a weight vest and run as fast as you can for an hour. If it's your first outing in one, try the run-walk method. Remember this is not the thing to do if you have joint or back problems. Be smart. This type of training isn't for most runner. 

Some extra pounds aren't that bad for you! Until next time, stay safe
