Fitness should enhance your body, not break it down. If you find yourself getting frequent and nagging injuries, it's time to tweak your routine. This could be anything from taking time off to cutting back. Check your routine. Are you running to much? Are you using proper form while lifting? Perhap your diet is the culprit. Do what you need to do.
