Flexibility  ( the quality or state of being able to be flexed or bent repeatedly). Bend repeatedly,ouch! We know that it's alright to stretch warm ligaments. But, do we need to embark upon a stretching routine? The answer is no and here's why. Stretching repeatedly strains your ligaments. In other words, the ligaments can become loose and cause injuries. The best way to gain flexibility is to strenghten your muscles.  Just think, strong, well hydrated muscles.You will bend, but not break.
