Shake It Up, Mix It Up!

     Sprung out of bed this morning, light weights x 20 minutes, hit the road. It just might be my imagination, but, this morning run seemed much easier. Almost effortless. Am I on to something?
     I'll see tomorrow. Wait a second! No can do tomorrow. Got a 5k run at 7:30. The target phrase now is, you guessed it.
