Just A Thought

    On those sleepless morning when all you're doing is lying in bed looking at the ceiling, try something different. Grab your lightest pair of dumbbells and get in a quick workout. You're in your bedroom, no need to get dressed. You know the routine. This will keep your mind from wandering. You know, thinking of stuff you really should'nt be thinking about. Moreover, it's a great way to jump start your day.Try this when time is limited.
