The Heat Is On

Oh Yeah! The heat is on. The temperature has been in the mid 90's for days now. Not a good time for running. However, it is a good time to use common sense. As runners, we all get the urge to get it in whenever we can. But now is not the time. It's just to darn hot. You can't hydrate adaquately. If you must go out, do so in the early morning hours or late afternoon. Remember, staying safe means being smart.
