Time Bandits

  Are you pressed for time? No matter how well you plan, your time is somehow stolen. Well let me tell you this. It happens to us all. Now here's the fix. Strap on your hardware and get ready for a big show down. Keep in mind that the bandits will attack your need to run long or spend an hour and a half working out. Call them out by doing a 20 minute run at a fast pace and a 10 minute workout with your lightest weights. If that's not possible, try a brisk 30 minute walk. Squeeze them in whenever you can. During your lunch hour if possible. Do whatever it takes for now. Things will return to normal soon enough. Fear not, you're faster than any bandit will ever be.
