It has been a good year. I ate right, ran hard, stretched and threw my weights around. As always, it's time to check the year- end results. It's really not that hard, just time and effort my friend.

As you get older, your muscles loses elasticity and durability. To counteract this occurance, stretch your muscles daily. It's just as important as exercise. Better flexibility will improve your performance in physical activities and reduce the risk of injuries.

Whether you're running or working out with weights, your goal should be to get better at it. In order for that to happen, you need to do more. Try running a little further. Lift a little more. Push yourself. Remember, you can always get better. Try improving your technique.
