Recalculate

As it turns out, a recent study suggests that
a 30 minute jog at a moderate pace can
boost your immune system. Who would
thought! So if you're tired or short on time,
do a quickie.

Anything is better than nothing !      Until next time, stay safe.

Sights from 2017 Winter Park 10k& 2 mile road race

Some things stay the same

Running has life long benefits such as, good physical and mental
health. You'll be well equipped to deal with life's ups and downs
And as an added bonus, you get to eat whatever you like and not
gain a pound. See what I mean.     Until next time, stay safe.

Like a stroll in the park.

My first race in 2017, the Winter Park 10K.  It was a
beautiful day for racing. Right temperature, right scenery
and as always a terrific crowd, 3000 plus. No earth shattering time. Just
an easy, steady pace. So easy that I sprinted the last 400 meters.

Make it a great year!       Until next time, stay safe.

On The Road Again

I,m back and running strong. Took some time off from racing.
However, I didn't stop working out. I did a little jogging, I did a little
weight lifting and I did a little walking. You see when you're a runner, resting
doesn't mean stopping.

Like Willie, I'm on the road Again !      Until next time, stay safe.

Think

" If you want to win something,
            run 100 meters...
If you want to experience
something, Run a marathon."
