Refreshed, Renewed and Ready

Sometimes you need to slow down to
really see how fast you're moving.  I'm back,
refreshed, renewed and ready. See you in 2018.

Until next time, stay safe.

Think

" If you want to win something,
            run 100 meters...
If you want to experience
something, Run a marathon."

Burning Hot.

This is what a body looks like when it's burning hot. Sure it was 92 degrees outside. What was I to do, stay in and complain about the heat? I think not. I had a 8 mile run planned.
I took care of business as usual and got it done. I don't advise running in those kinds of temperatures. However, if you must, look for sprinklers on your route. They can be a life saver. Afterward, reward yourself with an ice cold bath. Take care of your health, Run!

The heat is on!    Until next time, stay safe.

Think

Your body is given out on loan- don't waste it and expect
to use it tomorrow.                                    -Shapiro.

Get it on, get it in!                Until next time, stay safe.
